Upright Monuments

Bevels
Bevels are a good option where a subtle upright monument is desired. They have a slightly slanted face and can be installed with or without a matching base. They are usually installed atop a ground level foundation. -
Slants
Slants monuments are similar to bevels, but have a more substantial apearance. Slants are taller than bevels and have a sharper angle on their slanted face. They are usually installed with a base, but can also stand alone. The three inch nose below the slanted face is popular, but full faced slants are also available. -
Dies
Dies are the most popular type of upright monument. They are usually taller than bevels and slants which provides a larger canvas for engraving. Since they do not have a slanted face, they have the same thickness throughout. This uniform thickness makes almost any length and width possible. Dies are usually accompanied by a base. -
Ledgers
Ledgers are designed to cover an entire grave, or to serve as a removable cover to an underground vault. Engraving can be carved on the ledger itself, or a bevel, slant or similar monument mounted at the top of the ledger. Ledgers are usually four inches in thickness, but can be provided in larger sizes. -
